How we operate
Right of withdrawal
The purpose of Gioielleria Orologeria Bisciardi is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within seven (7) working days from the day you received the products purchased from our website.
The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 7 working days from the date of their receipt.
The products must be returned by shipping paid by the customer by means of his preference.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal (as per Legislative Decree 206/2005) is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:
- the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging;
- the returned products must be sent to Gioielleria Orologeria Bisciardi in a single shipment. Gioielleria Orologeria Bisciardi, in fact, reserves the right not to accept products of the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
- returned products must be delivered to the carrier within seven (7) working days from the date you received the products.
If you have complied with all the required conditions, Gioielleria Orologeria Bisciardi will refund you the full price of the products purchased. Shipping costs for the original delivery of the purchased products will not be refunded. The shipping costs for returning the goods are always charged to the customer.
Conversely, you will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. In case you refuse this shipment, Gioielleria Orologeria Bisciardi reserves the right to withhold the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.
Reimbursement times and methods.
After Gioielleria Orologeria Bisciardi has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return.
Whatever method of payment you use, in the shortest possible time, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that this has been done in compliance with the above conditions, a voucher for the value of the amount spent will be issued and sent to you, to be used within 3 months of purchase, from which any shipping costs will be deducted.
Original packaging
All products offered for sale by Gioielleria Orologeria Bisciardi are provided with the original packaging, which forms an integral part of the goods. We encourage you to try the product without throwing or destroying the original packaging.
Courier
Returns must be shipped at the customer's expense, via a trusted shipping service or courier.
